Phoenix Sports will look to make it three league wins in a row on Saturday (3pm) when they welcome Snodland Town to the Christopher Russell Stadium.

Darren Anslow’s side have found form since their last home outing, following up a dramatic 3-2 victory over Bearsted with a hard-fought 1-0 win away at Stansfeld. Those results have lifted confidence in the camp as Phoenix aim to keep building momentum in front of their home supporters.

Midfielder Harry Barnes is available for selection after the red card he received against Bearsted FC was rescinded. He could be joined by exciting new signing Khavarn Williams, who joined Phoenix from Glebe on Thursday.

Snodland Town make the short trip looking to test Phoenix’s revival. Both teams are locked on 11 points although Snodland have played a game more. Like Phoenix, their wins have come against Stansfeld, Bearsted and Chislehurst Glebe suggesting Saturday’s clash promises to be another tight affair.

With Phoenix chasing a third straight victory, Anslow has challenged his players to keep their standards high and turn recent progress into a sustained run.

Kick-off at the Christopher Russell Stadium is at 3pm.
