Tunbridge visit the Christopher Russell stadium for SCEFL clash

Phoenix Sports return to league action on Tuesday night (7.45pm) as they welcome Tunbridge Wells FC to the Christopher Russell Stadium for what promises to be another fiercely contested SCEFL Premier Division clash.
The hosts come into the fixture looking to build momentum under Darren Anslow, who has challenged his squad to deliver consistency after their early-season performances haven’t delivered results.
Phoenix have shown flashes of real quality, with Lyle Della Verde and Jerson Dos Santos among those providing a real threat in front of goal but haven’t been able to offer a complete performance as of yet.
Tunbridge Wells, meanwhile, have endured a mixed start to the 2025/26 campaign. Their results have fluctuated, but Wells remain a dangerous opponent with plenty of talent in their ranks. Their 4-1 win on Saturday took them to fifth in the table.
Phoenix will be looking to bounce back from their 3-2 defeat at Sutton Athletic, where despite being in control for large periods they still left the London Hire Stadium without any points.
Kick-off at the Christopher Russell Stadium is at 7.45pm.

The Christopher Russell Stadium is easily accessible on public transport:
By train: Barnehurst Station is just a 10-minute walk from the ground—this line runs regularly through Travelcard Zone 5
By bus: The 492 stops directly outside the ground
From central London: A direct Southeastern train from Charing Cross to Barnehurst takes around 40 minutes
There is parking in the school opposite the ground parking in the side streets that surround the ground.
