Phoenix Sports FC are proud to confirm that, following a competitive application process, the club has been officially accepted into the National League U19 Alliance for the 2025/26 season.
This marks a major step forward in our commitment to building a clear development pathway for the club’s young players, as well as for aspiring footballers across South East London and Kent.
The National League U19 Alliance represents the highest level of youth football outside the professional academy system and provides an excellent platform for young players to progress both on and off the pitch.
Director of Operations, Jimmy Stone, said:
“Being accepted into the National League U19 Alliance is a great achievement, and we now hope this will offer our young players the opportunity to test themselves at a high level and see a clearer route into the Phoenix first team.
“We want any player who joins our youth teams to see a pathway to playing for our first team one day, if they work hard enough. This is another step towards making that ambition a reality.”
The club will be working in partnership with Pro Direct Academy South London to support our U19 programme.
