Thank you for shopping with Phoenix Sports! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unworn item within 28 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Please note:

• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as flasks are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please contact us first at info@phoenixsportsfc.co.uk to confirm availability.
You may be responsible for return postage unless the exchange is due to a fault or error on our part.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@phoenixsportsfc.co.uk with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods (such as the start of the season or Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We currently ship within the UK (and can arrange international shipping upon request).

UK Delivery:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class / Courier): £3.95 – usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• Tracked Delivery: £5.95 – tracked delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

• Free UK shipping on orders over £60.

International Delivery:

• Please contact us at info@phoenixsportsfc.co.uk before placing your order for international shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

3. Click & Collect

Supporters may choose to collect orders from the Christopher Russell Stadium free of charge.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

4. Delays and Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen events (e.g. strikes, weather disruptions).
If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), please contact us at info@phoenixsportsfc.co.uk  and we will help track your order.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for re-delivery costs.
