Phoenix Sports return to the Christopher Russell Stadium on Monday afternoon (3pm) when Sutton Athletic visit for a SCEFL Premier Division clash.
Jake Goodman’s side will be looking to build on Friday night’s emphatic 5-0 victory over Beckenham Town. After a difficult opening few weeks of the campaign, Phoenix produced an excellent response under the lights to secure their first win of the season in convincing fashion.
Sutton are still searching for their first victory of the season They have suffered narrow defeats in each of their opening three league matches, losing 3-2 to Larkfield & New Hythe, 2-1 at Beckenham Town and 2-1 at home to early leaders Bearsted on Friday. They were also beaten 2-1 by Deal Town in the FA Cup.
The two sides shared the points in a 1-1 draw at the Christopher Russell Stadium last season, with Jamarie Brissett on target for Phoenix.
Monday’s match will also see Taylor Fisher make an immediate return to Mayplace Road. The forward joined Sutton Athletic from Phoenix on Friday, having scored three times in his opening four appearances of the season

There is parking in the school opposite the ground parking in the side streets that surround the ground. With a larger than usual attendance expected we're expecting it to be busier than usual.
