Phoenix back in action with Larkfield the visitors on Saturday (3pm)

Phoenix return to DA7 on Saturday afternoon as they welcome Larkfield & New Hythe to the Christopher Russell Stadium, looking to build on an impressive week of results.
Last Saturday, Phoenix rediscovered their shooting boots with their biggest win of the season, a dominant 4–0 victory at Hythe Town. In midweek they continued that momentum in the Challenge Cup, racing into a 3–0 lead at Stansfeld before conceding two late goals and having to hold on for a 3-2 win to reach the quarter-finals.
Jamarie Brissett has been in outstanding form, scoring braces in both matches.
Phoenix are still without Tyller Whitlock-Davis who was cup tied on Tuesday and now must serve a one-match suspension after receiving his fifth yellow card at Hythe Town. Harry Smart is still out after dislocating his knee against Fisher in October.
Saturday’s visitors arrive sitting second in the table, but come into the game looking to respond after their 14-match unbeaten run, which included six consecutive clean sheets, was ended on Tuesday night with a 2-1 defeat to Whitstable Town.
Despite this setback, Larkfield & New Hythe remain strongly placed in the play-off race and will be eager to keep the pressure on the league leaders.
Their attacking options have recently been bolstered by the re-signing of Kesna Clarke from Fisher, while Tunde Aderonmu, Matt Day and Tyler Ibe have all been regular scorers during their impressive run.

The Christopher Russell Stadium is easily accessible on public transport:
By train: Barnehurst Station is just a 10-minute walk from the ground—this line runs regularly through Travelcard Zone 5
By bus: The 492 stops directly outside the ground
From central London: A direct Southeastern train from Charing Cross to Barnehurst takes around 40 minutes
There is parking in the school opposite the ground parking in the side streets that surround the ground. With a larger than usual attendance expected we're expecting it to be busier than usual.
